Pilates is a one-hour class with a flow of non-impact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness. Pilates encourages participant’s physical awareness through mind and body connection. This is a one hour stretching class focused on muscle relaxation, tension release. The movements are inspired by yoga and led by a certified yoga instructor. There will be hands on adjusting to ensure participants are in correct form. Please let instructor know if you do not wish for her to touch you.
