Power Pilates

$20 per class From $15 per visit with Drop-In pass Purchase required to enroll

Pilates is a one-hour class with a flow of non-impact exercises designed by Joseph Pilates to develop strength, flexibility, balance and inner awareness. Pilates encourages participant’s physical awareness through mind and body connection. According to Joseph Pilates, "In 10 sessions you will feel the difference, in 20 sessions you will see the difference and in 30 you will have a transformed body." Please bring a yoga mat, bottle of water and a small towel. No shoes are required.
