Burn Factor: Complete muscle burn out. On Mondays: Legs only. On Wednesdays: Upper Body and Abs. Saturdays is Total Body. High repetitions are preformed to burn out each muscle group of the day. You will be guided through a variety of exercises designed to keep the heart rate up so you can achieve your maximum heart rate and energy expenditure. Each participant will have his or her own equipment and space. Please bring a towel, yoga mat and water.
