Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a timed interval workout designed to challenge your muscle endurance and strength at the same time. A 15-station mix of strength and plyometric. On Tuesdays the focus is “Push Muscles- Chest, Triceps, Quads, Glutes”, Thursdays the focus is “Pull Muscles- Back, Biceps, Hamstrings” and Saturdays the focus will be on Shoulders, Glutes and Abs. Of the many benefits to this type of workout, you will burn 800-1200 calories during your workout and have a 48-hour after-burn as a bonus. Please bring a towel and a bottle of water. Shoes Required.
