Zoom Drop-In On-Line Pass

Here's what you will need for the virtual classes
1. Lower Body Burn Factor: (1) light weight 8-10lb. (1) medium weight 12-15lb (1) heavy weight 25-35lb, mat, block, stability ball or ottoman couch will work, loop resistance bands (light, medium and heavy)
2. Pilates: Mat, Block, Pilates Ring, Pilates Ball, Ankle Weights, 2lb pair of dumbbells
3. Total Body Burn Factor: A variety of weights 3-4 pairs of different weight options. We recommend Ladies: (3,5,8,10,12, 15, 20lb) Gentlemen: (8,10,12,15,20,25,30,35lb)
4. Punch: You can do this class with or without a punching bag, gloves if you use a bag or prefer resistance, or you can air punch.
5. Ab Factory: Mat, Stability Ball, light loop resistance band, small Pilates ball, block, we use a 5lb plate in class but you can use a dumbbell as well.
We purchase most of our equipment on Amazon. The loop therabands come in an assorted pack: look up Fit Simplify, Recommended for Stability Balls: 55cm 5'1 to 5'8 and 65cm for 5'9 to 6'2, for Pilates Ball look for ProBody Pilates Small Ball. You can find dumbbells and ankle weights on Amazon but we also recommend looking at Marshalls, Target, Dicks, Wal-Mart, Play it Again Sports.
